I am a Real Estate Agent working for Sand N Sea Properties in Galveston. I live and work on the Island. I am President of Sea Isle POA, a member of WGIPOA (West Galveston Island POA), President of GAR (Galveston Association of Realtors, a member of Galveston Historical Foundation and a member of American Shore and Beach Preservation Association. I have the following Real Estate designations: ABR, RENE, RSPS, SRS, CLHMS and I am a CTA (Certified Tourism Ambassador for Galveston. I love animals and assist Galveston Humane Society with fostering pets when I can. I love everything Galveston has to offer and love to educate buyers and sellers of Real Estate about the idiosyncrasies of the Island with regard to insurance, Beachfront building, wetlands, GLO and Army Corp of Engineers' policies.
