About Us

Gulf Coast Palms is a locally owned and operated property management company for Galveston County properties that the owner is seeking too lease to long term tenants. The company has been managing properties since 2006 under the same broker owner and leadership. We are also a full service real estate brokerage and can assist clients in analyzing and acquiring properties for their portfolio including evaluation of the revenue opportunities of an investment property whether long term rental or short-term rentals. While we do not manage short term rentals, we can assist clients with the financial analysis and acquisition of properties for such purposes backed by 15 years of experience in managing short term rentals.
