Box lunches may be purchased in advance through Moody Gardens (409) 683-4416. Vendors will pick up at the concession stand by the vendor expo with a paid receipt. Food may also be purchased directly from the concessions with a limited menu.

One draped table, two chairs and table-top sign are supplied in an 8 X 10 space. (No pipe & drape)
Attendance to the conference is not included with your vendor registration. You may add conference tickets to your registration by calling (409) 763-5326 Free Wi-Fi provided. Wired internet, telephone lines and electrical connections must be contracted with Moody Gardens by calling (409) 683-4416.

SCHEDULE
Vendors will exhibit in Moody Gardens Convention Center Exhibit Hall C. Attendees will be given many opportunities to visit vendors throughout the day.
Vendor Set Up: Thursday, Sept. 11, 10:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m. or Friday, Sept. 13, 5:00 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.
Vendor Hall "C" Opens: 7:30 a.m.
Attendee Check In: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Conference: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

VIP Night: Thursday, Sept. 11
6:00 p.m. – 8:00p.m.
*This exclusive event will provide an exclusive preview event for VIP guests to shop and connect with vendors ahead of Friday’s full conference. We have a wonderful group of women organizing it early this year and we know it will be a great opportunity for added exposure and early sales.

Registration does not guarantee a vendor space is held until payment is made in full. After completion, you will receive notice within 3 business days of your vendor acceptance.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
