The Local @ G-Town is Galveston’s hometown food truck, serving up soulful, made-from-scratch Southern meals with a touch of Cajun flair. Founded by a seasoned chef who previously owned a beloved restaurant in Aggieland and has cooked for countless happy customers, every dish is crafted with heart, heritage, and a whole lot of flavor. She’s known for developing her own recipes and putting a fresh spin on Southern comfort food—and now she’s bringing that same passion to your table and your table will never be the same. From hand padded burgers and Sliders with that unique twist, to homemade banana pudding her signature dessert, each meal is prepared fresh and packed with homemade goodness this is definitely a treat you do not want to miss.
