About Us
No trip to the beach is complete without a stop at Salt Water Gift Shop. Peruse what locals call “The Cutest Little Shop in Galveston.” Take in its bright yellow walls, the shuffle of sand on the floor and the occasional water droplet of a wet bathing suit, knowing you are in a “REAL” beach shop. We stock a large array of merchandise, including Galveston t-shirts, beach apparel, ladies and men’s fashion, and flip flops and water shoes. We also carry an assortment of snacks, cold beverages, beer and wine.
The big draw to our store is our collection of land vehicles. We offer hourly and daily rentals of four-wheeled surrey bikes, two-wheeled bicycle beach cruisers, tandem bikes, e-scooters, e-cruisers and more. Our quadricycles, 4-wheeled surrey style bicycles come in various sizes to accommodate parties of two adults & two small children (in a children’s basket), four adults and two children or six adults and two children. It’s a great way to tour the sights of Galveston Island while enjoying the surf, sand and sun.
