The Rosenberg offers all of the programs and materials that you would expect to find in a great public library including an impressive print and audio visual materials collection, two computer labs with high speed Internet access, a media room, public programming for patrons of all ages, comprehensive reference services, wireless Internet access, a variety of computer databases and seven fully equipped meeting rooms. Since 1941, the Rosenberg Library has also served as headquarters for the Galveston County Library System. In addition to public library services the Rosenberg Library also maintains the most comprehensive archives and museum in the nation on the history of Galveston and the early settlement of Texas.
