About Us
Courtney Peper is the owner of Courtney Peper Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio offering private and small-group sessions designed to support strength, posture, mobility, and overall well-being. Courtney is also a certified Health & Wellness Coach, bringing a thoughtful, whole-body approach to her work.
Her teaching emphasizes intentional movement, proper form, and building strong foundations—helping clients move better, feel stronger, and develop greater body awareness over time. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, whether they are new to Pilates, returning to movement after injury, or looking to deepen their practice.
The studio is fully equipped with classical Pilates apparatus, including Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Barrels, and a variety of small props. Equipment is used strategically to support, challenge, and enhance movement in a safe and effective way.
Courtney’s work is grounded in education, consistency, and long-term results, creating a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged, capable, and confident in their bodies.
