Sous Chef Wanted- Chopin Mon Ami Catering is hiring a sous chef for 2025.  We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef that can operate in a fast paced atmosphere.  
Duties include: Menu planning, food preparation, kitchen management, inventory, training, quality control, kitchen organization, safety and sanitation, equipment maintenance, staff management, scheduling and administrative duties.  
Salary Range- $38,000 to $48,000 depending on experience.
