Guest Operations Manager
Moody Mansion seeks a full-time Guest Operations Manager to develop and conduct programs for schools, organizations and businesses; supervise frontline staff; recruit, schedule and conduct group tours, and work with other organizations to coordinate community events and facility rentals.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in heritage tourism, the hospitality industry and/or non-profit organizations. High-quality interaction with guests is a priority, as is promoting increased visitation by expanding guest programming.
