SHP Causeway FunD 5 K Run/Walk
On Saturday, March 9, 2019, the UTMB School of Health Professions 7th Annual Causeway 5K Run and Walk will start in the Galveston County Daily News parking lot, to the top of the Galveston Causeway and back. This FunD Run/Walk signature event is fun for the entire community, and includes a Kids 1K Run, 1K wheelchair race, 5K Walk and 5K timed Run. Bring the family and enjoy a cool, spring morning together for the annual event supporting an important cause – educating the future of Health care. Individuals and teams are encouraged to support the SHP Student Scholarship FunD with event participation. Sign up now and invite family, friends and colleagues to do the same. Lead a team of runners and compete with other departments or colleagues, all in good spirit, of course, and all for a great cause. If you aren't able to join us March 9th for this worthwhile event, please consider registering as a Virtual Runner to "Cheer from the Couch" and help support the cause in spirit from afar!
