Mediterranean Mendu
Food critics and dietitians praise the diet of Mediterranean cultures as wonderfully healthy. Dishes prepared in this course include the healthy ingredients of Mediterranean diet. Instructor Karen Hix will show you how to make some of these more popular cultural dishes at home: hummus, tabouli and baklava. You'll see demonstrations, participate in hands-on recipe preparations, receive family recipes to take home and hear family stories. Best of all – every class ends with a tasting!
