Our campers will experience hands-on inspiration from the Wild West and Texas history. Each day they will receive creative writing instruction from children's author Melissa Williams, combined with exciting activities from the Museum's history experts, which they will use to create their own fictional short stories. Campers will even have a chance to enter their stories for publication in the I Write Short Stories by Kids for Kids Writing Contest presented by iWRITE! Camp 1: June 26-30, 2017 Camp 2: July 10-14, 2017 Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Registration Open to Incoming 4th-6th Grade Students Regular Price: $300 Per Student Full scholarships also available for qualifying applicants.
