Cooking Class: Which Came First, the Chicken? Or the Egg?
Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Award-winning Chef Mary Bass asks the eternal question: which came first, the chicken? Or the egg? Come to our cooking class on Wednesday, March 9 and help us figure it out! Start by learning to prepare a trio of addicting deviled eggs: classic, pimento cheese & crab. Next, Chef Mary will teach you how to break down a whole chicken and make a divine coq au vin served over a bed of creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Finally, you will make an irresistible chocolate pot du creme that will have you licking your bowl clean. Chef Mary will be sharing lots of tips & tricks through out this special 3 hour cooking class! $60/person. Please call 409-497-2999 to reserve your spot! Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis (website comments will NOT count as reservations; you must call us!). Payment is due at the time of reservation. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies. Class sizes are kept small to ensure you get to interact with the instructors.
