And maybe love us just a little too! Wednesday, October 28: Pumpkinpalooza! Chef Cat celebrates with the season's signature squash: the pumpkin! She will teach you how to make a party-perfect sparkling pumpkin cider beertail, a smooth & creamy pumpkin hummus, a roasted pumpkin salad tossed with a chili lime balsamic dressing and topped with feta cheese, a decadent one-pot goat cheese pancetta pumpkin linguine and freshly baked pumpkin scones. Our Pint Jockey friends at Del Papa Distributing will introduce us to Southern Tier Brewing Company's Imperial Pumpking beer - perfect for this seasonal party menu!
