SCHEDULE Vendors will exhibit in Moody Gardens Convention Center Exhibit Hall C. Attendees will be given many opportunities to visit vendors throughout the day. Vendor Set Up: Wednesday, Oct. 27 10:00a.m.–6:00p.m. or Thursday, Oct. 28 5:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m. Vendor Hall Opens: 7:30 a.m. Attendee Check–In: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Conference: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Onedrapedtable, two chairs and table-top sign are supplied in an 8’ X 10’ space. (No pipe & drape)
Attendance to the conference is not included with your vendor registration. You may add conference tickets to your registration on the back of this form.

Limited vendor space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Number of booths per merchandise category is limited.
